Common Sound is the first performance component of the world recognized tap dance project, Common Ground. This new company is a professional collective of tap dance artists based out of Denver and the surrounding Colorado areas. Common Sound aims to celebrate the many styles and perspective of the art form through performing works created by renowned tap choreographers based in Denver, New York City, and around the world. The company is artistically directed by Justin Boccitto.
Common Sound is currently seeking new company members for our inaugural 2025/26 Season and will be holding auditions for intermediate to advanced level tap dancers on Sunday, September 21st at 1:30pm in Littleton, Colorado. All Common Sound company members are paid rehearsal and performance stipends. We ask that interested tap dancers submit through the form below and someone will be in touch with further details about the September 21st audition.
